EX-V6L

A robotic welding station with one EX-V6L 6-axis welding robot from the Japanese company OTC-Daihen, placed on a longitudinal track. It is used for the welding of medium-size subassemblies. Maximum dimensions of welded pieces 4500 x 1500 mm and weight up to 1000 kg.

AX-V4L

A robotic weldingstation with two EX-V6L 6-axis welding robots from a Japanese company OTC-Daihen. The robots are suspended on a portal, each of them has two additional external axes for the enlargement of the work space. An excellent solution for large welded pieces with dimensions up to 10000 x 2600 mm and weight up to 4000 kg. It is currently used for the welding of large subassemblies with the purpose of increasing production quality and productivity.

QRC 410

A robotic weldingstation from the German firm Cloos is consisting of one 6-axis welding robot QRC 410E and two workstations, which increase its efficiency.

QRC 350 E

A robotic weldingstation from the German firm Cloos is consisting of one 6-axis welding robot QRC 410E and two workstations with with a two-axis and single-axis positioner. To enlarge working space is equipped with an external axis.

 2 x QRC 350

A larger portal robotic welding station form a German company Cloos with two QRC 350 6-axis welding robots and two stations with single-axis positioners with a loading capacity of 6000 kg. It is possible to weld pieces with dimensions up to 14000 x 3000 mm. They are used for the welding of complete frames and sub-assemblies with the objective to maximise the efficiency of production and the quality of products.
